Size Wise Plans & Renderings

Here, you can browse the renderings and floor plans for the four Size Wise designs. Each Size Wise design is available as a plan set which can be purchased for construction. Contact us, for pricing and other information regarding plan sets.

When naming these designs, we settled on names of hearty natural wild grasses because they seem right on the land, and bring life and beauty to it.

All of these residences bear some similarities. They have common building materials and structural properties for cost savings and/or fire safety including:

• Stucco exterior

• Concrete slab foundation

• Standing seam metal roof

• No attic or crawl space

• Minimum double pane windows

These designs require a minimum lot size with potentially additional land if more bedrooms or bathrooms may be desired at a later date. The lot size requirements are provided for each of the designs.

All designs are suitable for lots with relatively mild slopes, though with excavation, and/or design (not included in our work) and use of retaining walls, other lots may be used, but may not be recommended as they may drive up the construction costs.
